Product Warranty
Design Cast warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of pickup, delivery, or shipment to the original customer. This limited warranty applies to both residential and commercial applications. Products that are not GFRC fire-rated and are used for fire applications are not covered.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period through this
LINK. Design Cast reserves the right to inspect any product to determine the validity of the claim.

Concrete Enclosures
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.
GFRC Enclosures
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in GFRC products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.
Pool Coping
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Small stress cracks and surface crazing are a natural occurrence in concrete products and are not covered within this warranty. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.
Metal Bowls
The warranty covers manufacturing defects or structure failure. Discoloration over time is a natural process and is not covered by this warranty.
Non-Manufactured Products
These products are covered under the respective manufacturer warranty. Design Cast does not provide separate coverage for these third-party items but may assist with manufacturer claims.
